Leaders of Tomorrow Conference

CBI Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) members: Join us April 3-4, 2025, at the Hyatt Place – Jordan Creek in West Des Moines for our Leaders of Tomorrow Spring Conference, where you’ll learn from industry experts, participate in interactive discussions, and network with peers who share your passion for community banking. This two-day event is packed with professional development, leadership training, and, of course, plenty of opportunities to have fun!

We’d love to have you as part of the CBI LOT program! Becoming a member is a great way to invest in your growth, expand your network, and take advantage of valuable learning opportunities throughout the year. Here’s how the CBI LOT Membership works:

1. For $450, your bank will become a member of the LOT program.
2. This membership includes registration for one eligible banker to attend any and all CBI event, such as the LOT Spring Conference, LOT Fall Meeting, CBI Annual Convention, or CBI Fall Conference (excludes the Fall Golf Gathering).
3. Who is an eligible banker? An eligible banker is any banker with less than 15 years of banking experience.
4. Additional eligible bankers from your bank are welcome to attend LOT events for just $100 per person, per event.
